The Bar proposes the Juana Sweet Time (various pastries with tea or champagne), a wide range of take-away pastries as well as, once a month, the Wine «Ateliers » (wine-tasting of 3 different wines and a menu) presented by Aymerick Verdy, Chef Sommelier.

From March to October, the Wine Workshops, led by Aymerick Verdy, Head Sommelier of the Belles Rives Group, offer a food and wine pairing.
